How understanding the origins of pain leads to healing and relief

We are happy to announce that on May 9th at 6:30 pm, our LaMunt Munich Store hosted its first event: the presentation of the book “Schmerz Frei” by Tamara Hussendörfer.
LaMunt was born with a clear vision: to create apparel that respects the feminine shape and makes us feel comfortable in what we wear. For us, the connection between mind and body is fundamental: when one suffers, the other is affected too. But when one regains strength and health, it can become the driving force to lift the other.
With this in mind, our first LaMunt Community Store Event in Munich was born.
The protagonist of the evening was Tamara Hussendörfer, physiotherapist, writer, and mountain enthusiast, who presented her book "Schmerz Frei" — a fascinating journey into the discovery of chronic pain and the mechanisms of human body regulation. A book that offers a new way to understand what happens inside us.
In an intimate and informal atmosphere, with conversations, good food, and shared values, we experienced a special evening. A meeting between fashion and literature that created what we desired most: a true sense of community. Women (and not only women) united by a passion for mountains, wellbeing, and authenticity.
We are proud of this first step. Our Community Place Store has proven to be much more than a commercial space: it is a meeting point, a source of inspiration, and growth.
And this is just the beginning.
Stay with us to discover our upcoming events and, until then: “enjoy your Mountain-Me-time!”
