An evening of connections and exchanges with K5 Female Circle
A women-only gathering, bringing together great women and great ideas at our LaMunt store in Munich.

The events continue at our LaMunt store in Munich with a special collaboration between LaMunt and K5 Female Circle. This partnership stems from a shared vision: to shape ideas and create with women at the heart of it all.
K5 Female Circle is a community created by women, for women — just like LaMunt. It brings together professionals from retail and e-commerce to exchange ideas, values, and challenges. At its core, K5 Female Circle aims to foster a shared space for mutual support, where women can connect through both professional and personal experiences — and grow together.
We feel a strong connection to what the K5 Female Circle represents, because we’re aware that the outdoor fashion and retail industries are often designed with a male audience in mind — with female needs considered only later. In contrast, both LaMunt and the K5 Female Circle start from the perspective and needs of women, shaping future decisions and strategies from there.
On May 28, 2025, from 6:00 pm, a special talk was held at the LaMunt store, accompanied as always by a buffet of South Tyrolean specialties. The event, moderated by Verena Schlüpmann, CEO of K5 Female Circle, featuring two key speakers: our Brand Manager Ruth Oberrauch, also speaking as Vice President of the Oberalp Group, and Dörte Kaschdailis, our Crew Member as well as co-founder and partner of Opexxia."
