By women, for women – A panel discussion on self-determination, courage, and support

What happens when women share their experiences – openly, courageously, and as equals? When career, illness, grief, adventure, and entrepreneurship are not seen as contradictory, but as part of a multifaceted life?
On March 26, we held a special panel discussion titled “By Women, For Women.”
Four women, four perspectives – one shared mindset
The panel brought together women who, in very different ways, take on responsibility, push boundaries, and blaze new trails:
Ruth Oberrauch, founder of LaMunt and Vice President of the Oberalp Group, shared her experiences as an entrepreneur in the outdoor industry – navigating responsibility, vision, and female leadership.
Karin Neumeier, Executive Director of the Nicolaidis YoungWings Foundation, has been advocating for years for young people who have lost a loved one – and creates a space for grief that strengthens rather than weakens.
Julia Gottinger is a breast cancer survivor, breathing coach, and breathwork facilitator. Her illness led her to rethink her daily life and stress and to discover the path to conscious breathing as a source of strength, which she now shares with others.
Sara Hallbauer shared her story of a solo bike-packing adventure as a woman – accompanied by a TV crew – and what courage, self-confidence, and visibility truly mean.
Dagmar Zimmermann hosted the evening, using sensitivity, curiosity, and clarity to create a space for exchange, depth, and honest conversation.
An evening full of authentic stories, valuable insights, and encounters that touched both the heart and the mind.
