Thermal mid-layers

Layered thermal clothing is a system in which you wear several layers to maintain an optimal body temperature during outdoor activities, especially in cold or variable weather conditions. This system allows you to add or remove layers according to outdoor needs and your comfort, especially since it is a perfect strategy for ski mountaineering or high-mountain trekking when snow, rain or wind can change your perception of body temperature.
