After getting to know Tiziana and her story in the first episode, we continue this series of stories that will take us through how the protagonists of today's episode experience the mountains, sport and ski touring.

Today's story, shows how Mountain Me-Time and the way of experiencing sports in the mountains have infinite nuances, perfectly adapting to everyone's way of being. Both of today's protagonists were in fact born in South Tyrol, surrounded by mountains since childhood, but each one has developed her own special relationship with them.

Lisa has been accustomed to mountain sports from an early age, which are now part of her DNA, and for her thinking of a life without activity in the mountains is not possible. Her dynamic and curious nature has led her to want to discover other cultures and their mountains, which she cannot give up even when away from home.

Mountain Me-Time for Lisa means taking moments, for herself or to share with friends, to enjoy the silence and the view and more generally the here and now, the contact with the mountains at their purest.

Dagmar, on the other hand, discovered a passion for the world of outdoor sports by moving from the places where she grew up, driven by the contagious enthusiasm of friends and colleagues. It was while staying in Innsbruck for her first job, in fact, that her passion for ski touring and mountain hiking was born, also thanks to her husband, who opened up a world previously unknown to her.

Dagmar's Mountain Me-Time stands for quality time during which she can push her limits, appreciate the silence and take time to disconnect from everyday life. Whether it is during the effort of the ascent on skis, or in the calm of the arrival, on the summit, or even in the thrill of freedom of the descent; whether it is in solitude and intimacy, in the crackling joy of a group of friends, or in the complicity of a couple's outing, the essence of the mountain is one, and finding contact with it is a journey to be savored and enjoyed, each one at their own pace.
